Luv My Pet Vaccinations
Luv My Pet is a mobile shot clinic servicing Petco's in Oregon and Washington. The website lists prices and packages for normal shot sets and single shots. They also do microchipping.
-Low Cost Spay and Neuter Assistance
--This links to coupons good at local clinics to make spay and neuter affordable. Financial assistance is also listed.
-Feral Cat Coalition
--This is a purely feral cat group. From their website: "The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon is a trap-neuter-return (TNR) program for feral and stray cats living in Oregon. The goal of the program is to reduce suffering for existing feral cats and prevent the births and suffering of future generations. The program's services are targeted for feral cats who have caregivers feeding them. The caregivers trap the cats, bring them to a clinic, and return the cats to where they are being fed with a commitment to feed the cat(s) on a permanent basis."
If you are feeding feral cats and are not sure if they are fixed, this is the place to contact to help. Very good group as they have done a few feral spays and neuters for cats in my neighborhood.

Educational Groups/Rescues
I personally am a great advocate for furthering education about Bully Breeds and will be listing multiple sites for educational help. There are some that may abhor me for this, but I NEVER blame the breed for it's actions. It's humans that are to blame, and dog fatalities/bites will only stop when humans are required to take FULL responsibility for their dogs. I deal with a wide spectrum of dogs every day and see every different reaction a dog can give you. I educate myself to better know our dog companions and my own three dogs so I can keep everyone safe. Educate yourself even if you may not agree since seeing every side of an argument is essential to making an INFORMED decision.
The Truth about Pit Bulls
Find the Pit Bull!
My FAVORITE site for people to go to that think they know what to be afraid of. Did you know how many dogs show "Pit bull" characteristics?
Pet-Abuse.com
A database of past and current pet abuse cases.
National Canine Research Council
NCRC is founded by Karen Delise the author of: The Pit bull Placebo: The Media, Myths and Politics of Canine Aggression and Fatal Dog Attacks: The Stories Behind the Statistics. These are both EXCELLENT sources of information pertaining to dogs and dog attacks. I personally own The Pit Bull Placebo and haven't been able to lay my hands on Fatal Dog Attacks yet.
